What is included in your spring cleaning service?
Our spring cleaning service focuses on areas that are often missed during routine house cleaning. Depending on the package you select, our cleaners can clean behind, underneath, and around appliances, beds, sofas, couches, TV stands, and light dressers. The service also includes light dusting, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing accessible floors and walls behind these items. It is designed to remove accumulated dust, debris, and hidden dirt so your home feels cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable for the new season.
What is the difference between the Base and Premium spring cleaning packages?
The Base Package includes cleaning behind, underneath, and outside major appliances and selected furniture. The Premium Package provides a more detailed service by also including the inside of the oven and refrigerator, along with cleaning the inside and outside of the range hood and fan filter. Both packages include cleaning around sofas, beds, TV stands, and light dressers. The Premium Package is generally better for homes that need more intensive appliance cleaning or have not received a detailed seasonal cleaning recently.
Do I need to move furniture and appliances before the cleaners arrive?
You do not normally need to move standard accessible items before your appointment. Our cleaning team can clean behind and underneath the appliances and furniture included in your selected package when they can be moved safely. However, extremely heavy furniture, built-in appliances, and beds with heavy storage drawers may not be moved. Removing personal items, clutter, toys, and small objects from the surrounding areas before the appointment will help our cleaners work more efficiently and provide a more thorough spring cleaning result.
Does spring cleaning include the inside of the oven and refrigerator?
Interior appliance cleaning is included in the Premium Spring Cleaning Package. This package covers the inside and outside of the oven and refrigerator, as well as cleaning behind and underneath them when safely accessible. It also includes the range hood and fan filter. The Base Package covers the outside, back, and underneath these appliances but does not include their interiors. Selecting the Premium Package is recommended when grease, food residue, spills, or odours have accumulated inside your kitchen appliances.
Can I cancel or reschedule my spring cleaning appointment?
Yes. We understand that schedules can change, so spring cleaning appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled. Customers are generally eligible for a full refund when sufficient notice is provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Providing notice as early as possible allows our team to adjust the schedule and offer the appointment time to another customer.
