Cleaning Service Terms & Customer Agreement
Pricing
- Quoted prices are approximate and will be confirmed by the supervisor on-site before the first cleaning begins.
Property Preparation
- Please have your home ready for cleaning. Excess clutter may cause delays and extra charges if cleaners need to clear the space first.
Cleaning Environment
- To ensure quality and safety, we kindly ask that you avoid interrupting the cleaners, keep children and pets away from the work areas, and either stay in a separate room or leave the property during the service.
Payment Terms
- We kindly ask for 50% of the cleaning fee to be paid before we start the job. If no one is home when we arrive, full payment is required in advance.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our supervisor will review the work with you at the end. If anything needs extra attention, let us know before we leave, and we’ll fix it right away. Requests after the team leaves require a new appointment and extra charges.
Communication
- For questions or future bookings, please contact the supervisor or our office. Do not contact cleaners directly for scheduling, pricing or service details.
Agreement Confirmation
- By allowing service to begin, you agree to the terms above and have reviewed below cleaning packages and exclusions. A signature is optional; your approval and start of service confirms acceptance.

No, we bring all necessary equipment and supplies for cleaning services to ensure convenience and consistent quality for our clients. However, we recommend using your own cleaning equipment to prevent cross-contamination between homes.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, London Hearts & Homes is fully insured, giving you peace of mind with every service. Unlike many independent maid services that lack insurance and can leave homeowners liable, we prioritize your safety and the quality of our work.
How do I pay for the services?
Payment is usually completed on the day of service. We accept credit cards, e-transfers, and cash. Some prices already include tax—our supervisors will be happy to confirm this for you.

Will you send the same cleaniner each time?
We make our best efforts to send the same cleaning techs each time. It’s the most efficient but we do not guarantee it. If you are sent an alternate cleaning technician, our staff have access to detailed information about your preferences.
