Important Information – Please Read Carefully
1) Services Not Offered:
To ensure safety and efficiency, we do not provide the following services: Cleaning of animal feces / Mold removal/ Exterior cleaning (garage, patio, balcony, windows) / Moving heavy furniture or fragile items / Crawl space cleaning / Handling bodily fluids / Pest removal or infestation treatment Full washing of ceilings and walls
2) Satisfaction Guarantee & Customer Availability:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if any areas need extra attention, customers must request corrections before the team leaves.
Customers must be present at the end of the service to review the work thoroughly before the cleaners leave. Once cleaners leave the property, any request for rework will require a new appointment and additional charges.
3) Payment Terms:
We kindly ask for 50% of the cleaning fee to be paid before we start the job. The remaining balance can be settled once the cleaning is complete.
4) Communication Policy:
Please do not contact the cleaner directly regarding service inquiries, pricing, materials, or future appointments. For any questions or concerns, contact Fatima or the company directly.
5) Contract Acceptance:
By allowing service to begin, the customer agrees to all terms and service details listed online and in print. A signature is optional; starting service confirms acceptance.
