Kindly review the following information carefully:

  • Services Not Offered: To ensure our cleaning associates are able to work safely and effectively, we are unable to provide the following: Cleaning of animal feces • Mold • Exterior of the home (garage, patio, balcony, window) • Moving heavy furniture or fragile items • Crawl spaces • Bodily fluids • Pest removal/infestation • Full wash of ceilings and walls.

  • Customer Availability: The Customer must be present at the end of service to assess the work and make payment. If absent, payment must be made via email transfer immediately. Complaints after the cleaners leave will not be accepted.

  • Payment Terms: New customers must pay a 50% deposit before service begins, with the balance due upon completion and before the team leaves. Regular customers are exempt from deposits. We guarantee satisfaction—any concerns will be resolved on-site before final payment.

  • Contact the Company, Not the Cleaner: Please refrain from contacting the cleaner directly. For any concerns or questions about pricing, materials, service quality, or to schedule future appointments, kindly reach out to the company.

  • Contract Acceptance: By allowing service to begin, the customer agrees to all terms and packages provided online and in print. Signing is optional; starting service confirms acceptance.
